SWEDISH AMERICAN MUSEUM
A bustling center of Swedish art, history and culture, the museum is offering to our guests a special program which includes a visit to the Children’s Museum, an interactive, hands-on museum for children ages 3-12. The museum has a Swedish focus; however, the story of Swedish immigration parallels that of many other groups who forged new lives in America.

COMING TO AMERICA
Hear what my YiaYia taught me, as a grandparent shares their experiences about growing up Greek in America. Then travel back in time 100 years to a farm in Sweden in the Children’s Museum of Immigration. This hands-on museum has a Swedish focus, however, the story of Swedish immigration parallels many groups who left the old world behind and forged new lives in America. (maximum 30 students)
